The conversion of charges denominated in foreign currency into New Israeli Shekels shall be effected in accordance with the Representative Exchange Rate of the relevant currency known on the date of issuance of the invoice, as published by the Bank of Israel, With such exchange rate increased by four point five percent (4.5%).
